What to Expect From My Inspections

Have you ever waited for a contractor to show up? Heavy traffic and bad weather are things I preplan on. I start on time. In fact, I usually arrive before our scheduled appointment. I document my observations with lots of pictures to share with you and place within the final report. When you arrive, we’ll review my exterior findings and then we’ll head inside to begin the interior portion of the inspection.

I’ll explain the general condition of the home and its systems. I will identify and explain any major issues that I find. We’ll also discus items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. A seventeen year old water heater may be operational on the day of your inspection. That said, it may be prudent to budget for repairs/replacing it in the near future. These are the type of things we will discuss during the inspection and which will be detailed in your easy-to-read Spectora report. Expect to receive your full report by email, which also provides a concise/categorized (quicker-read) summary. The report will show you the items we discussed, including helpful images for reference.
